Photographer
Sports, School & Portrait Photography Company
Seasonal | The Greater Bay Area (San Jose to San Francisco sometimes beyond)
We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and dependable photographers to join our team for the upcoming photography season. Whether you're an experienced photographer or looking to gain professional experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Our company specializes in high-quality photography services for youth sports leagues, schools, and special events throughout the Bay Area. As a photographer, you'll play an important role in creating lasting memories for thousands of families each year.
What You'll Do
Photograph individual and team portraits for youth sports organizations, schools, and special events.
Create a fun, positive, and organized experience for athletes, students, parents, and school staff.
Set up and break down photography equipment at each location.
Follow company posing, lighting, and workflow standards.
Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Ensure image quality and attention to detail throughout each shoot.
Travel to various photo shoot locations throughout the Bay Area.
Represent the company professionally at all times.

Must successfully pass a background check, as you'll be working with children.
Weekend availability for sports events and weekday availability for school events.
Photography experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidates.
Ability to lift and set up tables, banners, display materials, and product samples (up to 40 lbs.).
Schedule
This is a seasonal position with opportunities to return each season.
July through December
February through June
Sports events are primarily held on weekends, while school photography takes place during the week. We offer flexible scheduling, but applicants must be willing to commit to the assignments they accept.
Compensation
$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Paid training provided.

Field Customer Service Representative

We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Field Customer Service Representatives to join our team during our busy photography season. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping families find the perfect products, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Field Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company at youth sports leagues, schools, and special events. You'll help answer questions, showcase our products, assist parents with purchases, and create a positive customer experience while supporting our photography teams.
What You'll Do
Set up and maintain customer service and sales tables at photography events.
Display product samples and promotional materials in an organized and professional manner.
Welcome parents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
Answer questions about photography packages, products, pricing, and ordering options.
Assist customers with purchases and help drive on-site sales.
Educate families about available products, upgrades, and special promotions.
Work closely with photographers and event staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep sales areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event.
Represent the company professionally while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Reliable transportation to event locations throughout the Bay Area.
Weekend availability is required, as most youth sports events take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
Ability to lift and set up tables, banners, display materials, and product samples (up to 25 lbs.).
Schedule
This is a seasonal position with opportunities to return each season.
July through December
February through June
Most shifts take place on weekends at youth sports events, with occasional weekday opportunities for school photography events.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay, based on experience and qualifications.

Junior Event Coordinator
Sports, School & Portrait Photography Company
Seasonal | Based in Fremont
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Junior Event Coordinator to join our operations team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure leagues, schools, and photography events run smoothly.
As a Junior Event Coordinator, you'll provide administrative and operational support for our youth sports leagues and school photography programs. Your work will help ensure picture days are well-organized, schedules are accurate, and our teams have everything they need to deliver an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do
Create promotional flyers and marketing materials for upcoming events.
Build and maintain schedule templates using Google Drive and other scheduling platforms.
Format, edit, and verify schedules for accuracy and consistency.
Prepare, print, and organize event paperwork for photography crews and logistics teams.
Assist with email communications, including mail merges and participant outreach.
Upload, organize, and maintain team images, logos, and other digital assets.
Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation for league and school operations.
Provide general administrative support for league, school, and event operations.
Assist with special projects and other operational tasks as assigned.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, office, or operations experience is preferred but not required.
Interest in youth sports, event management, or photography operations is a plus.
